Coolgen Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a product-first enterprise software company headquartered in Coimbatore, India, with an additional office in Nagercoil, and operations extending to Saudi Arabia and Dubai (UAE). We build enterprise software products including First Click (HRMS), Fin360, and SalesPro CRM, and provide engineering solutions in AI & ML, Data Analytics & BI, Cloud Modernization, Digital Intelligence, and Expert-as-a-Service.

All content on the Site — including software source code, text, graphics, brand logos, product names (First Click, Fin360, SalesPro CRM), layout designs, and custom UI components — is the exclusive property of Coolgen Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Job Applications & Careers

If you submit a job application or candidate resume through the Site:

• You confirm that all submitted background, work history, contact details, and resume files are truthful and accurate.
• You consent to Coolgen processing your information for recruitment purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, or contract of engagement.

5. Demo Requests & Inquiries

Submitting a "Book a Demo" or Contact form does not establish a binding commercial contract or obligate Coolgen to provide services. Commercial SaaS subscriptions and professional engineering engagements require mutually executed commercial contracts.
